Born in 1962, Martin began his career 1982 as a Corporate Trainee at Siemens. In 1984 he entered a Business Studies program at the University of Munich and graduated 1988. From 1989 to 1999 Martin Goetzeler was Financial Analyst and later Senior Manager within various Siemens departments at Corporate Finance in Munich and at Medical Engineering in Erlangen. In 1999 he joined OSRAM as CFO in Italy. In 2001 he became Managing Director of OSRAM UK. From 2002 to 2005 he was the CFO of OSRAM SYLVANIA in Danvers, USA. Since May 2005 Martin Goetzeler is the President & Chief Executive Officer of OSRAM, one of the two largest lighting manufacturers in the world. | |

Since 1976 Jan has been working in Philips lighting in product development, business development, product management and marketing. In Jan's current role, he manages Philips Lighting worldwide activities on operational sustainability, strategic sustainability initiatives, collection and recycling, lobby for legislation and regulations and standards. Jan also manages the relationships with other industries through associations and consortia. In 2001 he became a member of the Board of Directors of the European Lamp Companies Federation - the major discussion partner for the European Union on all issues concerning light sources – and was elected as President of the ELC. In March 2009, Jan has been elected as President of the GLF, the Global Lighting Forum, a cooperation between most important lighting associations world wide, like CALI, NEMA, CELMA, ELC, ELCOMA, JELMA, Lighting Council, etc. | |
